Registration Prices:

​

$500 Limited offer for event sponsorship with a small table (10 tables available).  Includes registration for two (2) people, company recognition in the afternoon, and 1 table top for company brochure.

$250 for event sponsor. Includes registration for 1 person, display of company logo, and recognition in the afternoon.

All sponsors are requested to send a high resolution company logo (jpeg/tiff format) NLT 9/30/2016 to

president@samehsvpost.org

All registrations includes lunch.  

We will accept onsite registration on the day of

the event but no lunch will be provided to those who register onsite.

Regular Registration 

$150 for 1 person - large business (Not a Sustaining Member Company Huntsville Post)

$125 for 1 person - large business (Sustaining Member Company Huntsville Post)

$125 for 1 person - small business (Not a Sustaining Member Company Huntsville Post)

$100 for 1 person - small business (Sustaining member Company Huntsville Post)

$55 for 1 person - young members (39 years old or less)

$5 for government employees and active duty military.

Substitutions

Substitutions may be made through Wednesday, October 5th at noon. No substitutions after this date. Substitution requests should be directed to president@samehsvpost.org.

Cancellations & Refund Policy

Cancellations after Wednesday, October 5th will not be refunded.
